“Prateeksha Singh is a multi-disciplenary designer who works at the intersection of design thinking + systems + foresight. Thematically, she is drawn to working on building greater social and personal resilience and human connection through the lens of food, health(care), climate reality, and gender issues.
Generally her work output takes form in a variety of ways from facilitated discussions, workshops, experiential design fiction installations, art/photography to written papers; they can be found in/at Current Oncology, Nuit Blanche Toronto, Stanford Medicine X, The Economist, The Globe & Mail, TechInsider, as well Canadian and international conferences, to name some variety.
Prateeksha is also working towards completing her M.Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University in Toronto, Canada, with her previous professional experience spanning across a wide range of environments: Corporate, Non-Profit, Start-Up, Social Enterprise, and Academia.
One of her current projects is working with Paula Gardner and the Pulse Lab is being the project manager and Toronto team member for EFECT (Experiments in Feminist Ethical Collaborative Tools & Techniques).
